Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation Fee

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), the full appointment fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of future booking privileges.
